Stargazing in Illinois
Thursday, November 20 | 6:30-7:30 pm
Central Illinois is an excellent place to stargaze, but it can be hard to know where to begin. We’ll talk about sky objects which can be seen from Central Illinois throughout the year and some free-to-use stargazing resources. We’ll also discuss the upcoming Geminid meteor shower. Presented by the U of I Astronomy Department

Join us for a special performance by the Mahomet-Seymour High School Madrigals. Dressed in Renaissance costumes, the ensemble will perform enchanting a cappella holiday selections.

Join us every Wednesday for a fun, one-hour after school program! Activities will rotate monthly. We’ll usually meet from 3:30-4:30 pm, but we’ll move it up to 1:30-2:30 pm on early dismissal days.
